It is a totally natural product, with no additives and no preservatives – just the fresh, unadulterated juice of crushed olives. At Casa de l’Oli, we strive to ensure our extra virgin olive oils have perfect aroma, flavour and colour with an acidity level of no more than 1%. It is produced from quality olives as soon as possible after harvest by the ‘first cold press’ method – below 25 degrees - in optimum conditions, a process which maintains all the nutritional and biological benefits of the olive fruit.
