Casa de l'Oli extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives, farmed on the banks of the Ebro Valley. The olives are pressed once in a restored stone mill to give a delicious smooth oil. Unfiltered oil is cloudy, with a little sediment, but has more body and preserves all the different flavours of the olives.
