New for 2009 - 25 years in the making!

We are proud to be the sole importers of these two 25 year 'Spanish' Balsamic Vinegars. Both are absolutely delicious! Made from the Pedro Ximénez grape, these are the real thing! almost a cross between a sherry and a liqueur.

If balsamic vinegar is considered the king of vinegars, then the one made from the Pedro Ximénez grape must be declared emperor! The variety of aromas and the fine acidity of this natural product, together with the sweetness of the Pedro Ximénez grape make this a unique product.

We have two individual Balsamic Vinegars.

Veredas Pedro Ximenez Balsamic Vinegar Cream

This Balsamic Vinegar Cream is produced using traditional methods, and only has a 3% acidity level. After the Pedro Ximénez grape ‘must’ is reduced, and partly caramelised, it undergoes a slow 25 year ageing process until it arrives at the desired density and acidity. The result is a cream, rich in flavour and aroma, delicious to dress salads, meats and noodles, as well as to decorate desserts such as vanilla ice cream and strawberries.

Navarro Oro Balsamic Vinegar

This balsamic vinegar, derived from the Pedro Ximenez raisin, is the result of the art and patience of the producer’s oenologists, who have cared for it for the past 25 years

These products do not contain any additives or colorants.
