A special mix of four herbs, hand picked and pressed with fresh olives, gives this oil a unique blend of aromatic flavours.The taste of Thyme and Rosemary, with just a hint of Fennel and floral Lavender delivers just the right balance. Ideal as a base for marinades and dressings, in soups, over pasta and salads.
